Companions for the Way

The ministry of Companionship is the one-on-one ministry of shepherding or mentoring newcomers who are participating in the WAY.   Companions are members of the congregation who “walk alongside” newcomers, provide prayerful friendship and support, and act as liaisons to the greater congregation.  Companions commit to participating in all of the WAY gatherings with their participant, pray regularly for them, and join them in congregational activities throughout the year.  Training and ongoing support for all companions will be offered throughout the year.  If you are interested in taking part or learning more about the Companion Ministry, please sign up on the Count-Me-In form in the Sunday bulletin and include the best way to contact you.
