We learn together every day.

At Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church, we believe in life-long learning and formation. You’ll find many opportunities for learning and growing for people of all ages.

We’re growing together in the knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Sunday School

Sunday School provides Christian education for children ages 3 through high school each Sunday morning of the school year at 10:00 am.

“Godly Play” is the Montessori-based method for the elementary age children. All classes explore the central and sacred story in Scripture and our participation in the story. Intergenerational events are also held throughout the year.

Adult Forum

Spiritual development is a life-long process! The Forum provides opportunities to study scripture and special topics, and to learn about and discuss a variety of contemporary issues facing Christians today. Adult Forum is offered between worship services each Sunday at 10:00 am (except during summer months).

Children and Family Ministries

At its core, Children and Family Ministry is about young people knowing they are an integral and beloved part of God's family. The goal of Christian formation is not to create churchgoers, but to raise up people who know God loves them, so they might love God's world in return. God’s story is part of each of our stories. We live, hear, proclaim, serve, and strive together to fulfill our baptismal promises.

The WAY

Asking questions about God, faith, or the Church? Lifelong Christian? Every faith journey is unique. The WAY encourages, challenges and invites a deeper life of faith.

At Phinney Ridge Lutheran Church, The WAY is an opportunity for your faith to be explored, nurtured, and renewed, your commitment to Jesus Christ affirmed, and your walk as a disciple of Christ to be established or re-established in the life-giving waters of Holy Baptism or the Affirmation of Baptism.
