Journey Through Isaiah
Are you looking for some more opportunities to study Scripture together? Have you ever been interested in learning more about the prophet Isaiah and the Scripture readings we use from there during Advent?
This year, I have been able to study Isaiah as a part of my final year of Seminary. I have loved getting to know more and wrestle with what we are hearing when we read the words of this Biblical prophet, and now I want to create an opportunity for us to study these Scripture readings together. Join me on an Advent journey to explore the writings of Isaiah, reading about and discussing the Israelites’ experience with exile and their return from exile, as well as how these readings might apply to our lives today. Whether you know a lot about this book of the Bible or you would like to learn more, all are welcome to join any or all of this four-week course!
We will meet Monday nights from 6:30-7:30 P.M. on Zoom, beginning Monday, November 29th!
