Team members needed for group that makes dinner for the 40 women of Compass Center’s Hammond House shelter.  This is a rewarding team activity that brings joy to local women.  The shelter, located near the Pike Street Market, receives our home-made meals the fourth Sunday of the month, every other month (Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct, Dec).  The team has recently lost several beloved team members due to schedule or illness and are in need of several individuals, couples or families to join. We take turns preparing the main dish, which is the most labor intensive, as well as fruit, rolls or dessert and beverages. They also take turns delivering the food and serving (2 to 3 folks per time). Please contact the church office for more information.
